What Happened
Writing a story with ten episodes is complicated enough. Imagine writing one with hundreds. Characters come and go. Relationships change. A seemingly minor event in episode twelve might suddenly become important much later. Sherpa is designed to help writers keep track of those details. Developed by Pocket FM, the assistant combines tools for story planning, research, writing feedback and continuity checking. The company describes a Narrative World Model that tracks the evolving relationships, events and state of a fictional world. On Sherpa's official website, writer Steven Ade describes using the system to explore episode ideas based on earlier developments. Folasewa Adigun discusses finding forgotten characters, plot holes and storylines that still need resolution.
