Generating an asset is not the final step. Decide who checks it, corrects it and approves it for the game.
What the Surveys Say
CESA’s September 17 report preview puts workplace generative-AI use at 85.8% among surveyed developers. Its separate survey of member companies identifies human checking, correction and supervision as the most common management measure.
The association also reports restrictions on which tools can be used and practices that avoid using output unchanged.
Why It Matters
For a small team, the checking work needs a place in the schedule. A generated asset may arrive quickly, but someone still has to inspect it in context and make the call to keep or replace it.
Read the Number Carefully
The percentage measures reported workplace use. It does not tell you how much of a finished game was generated, or prove that the resulting work was faster or better.
